  Fix validation errors of an EN 16931 invoice (XRechnung, Peppol BIS, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X XML, UBL, CII) deterministically: empty elements, decimals, date and code formats, specification ids; with totals=true also recalculates totals and the VAT breakdown from the lines.
